How to Place an Order?

To place an order, select the product(s) you wish to purchase on the product page, click the “Add To Cart/Buy Now” button, and follow through to the checkout page to finalize your order(s). We will process your order and inform you about the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Costs

All prices are in USD dollars. Qlicmade provides precise shipping costs for our customers worldwide.

  • Free standard global shipping is available.
  • Orders of $59 and above qualify for free shipping.
  • A shipping fee of $6.99 is charged for orders under $59.

Shipping Timeframe

We offer worldwide shipping, subject to delays during busy holiday periods. Once your order is processed, the general shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 8 to 12 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, New Zealand, Sweden, Singapore, Denmark, Japan, Belgium, Portugal, Kuwait, Poland: 8 to 12 business days.
  • Canada: 9 to 12 business days.
  • Australia: 10 to 14 business days.
  • Mexico, Norway: 12 to 14 business days.
  • Israel: 14 to 21 business days.
  • Other countries: 14 to 21 business days.

For USA orders, items are delivered by the United States Postal Service. For other countries, we use Standard Ground Shipping.

Note: Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation.
  • The cut-off time for orders is 6 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Standard ground shipping is used for all orders.

Tracking Issues

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. If the tracking number is inactive after a few days, please get in touch with our support.

Late Orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order Mistakes

We encourage accuracy when placing an order. However, if you need to make changes (size, color, quantity, shipping address) within 24 hours after ordering, please get in touch with us immediately, and our team will assist you.

Payment Information

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express) and PayPal. Your card will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.

Our partnership with leading manufacturers ensures high-quality checks before dispatching orders. Our QA specialists have set detailed criteria to test each product, including type, origin, variant, color, material, size, use, and smell. Each product is rated on a scale from 1 to 5 and must score at least 80 out of 100 to be shipped.
